The Story of your Story Consultant:
When I was eight years old I wrote my first play, directing my younger siblings but not performing myself. My first official professional experience was working for ad agencies (McCann-Erickson, Lowe-Lürzer, TBWA). I wrote campaigns for the German railways, Club Méd, Braun, Nikon and Henkel. After five years I began to focus on film, first studying documentary film in Munich, then Graduate Screenwriting at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
While looking for the opportunity to direct my first 90-minute comedy script, I followed my next calling: Integrative Body Psychotherapy. I spent three years studying with Jack Lee Rosenberg in Venice Beach, financing my education with advertising and sales jobs. Then I went back to Germany to finally shoot my first movie: CALLBOY. After its successful broadcast, more comedy assignments followed. (LOTTO-LIEBE, Sat1, BESUCH AUS BANGKOK, ARD, DANN KAMST DU, ARD) and three episodes for the series “DER DICKE“.
Directing a melodrama (“Fjorde der Sehnsucht), I missed humor so much that I dared to step up onto the improv stage. Invigorated, I developed STORYDYNAMICS, a training method in which I combined all my professional experience to convey the essence of storytelling. My first clients were Creative Directors in ad agencies. After a while, I began working for other companies and organizations such as the Academy of the German book trade. Consulting and coaching opportunities, especially in marketing, PR and sales, followed.
The reason I am so enthusiastic about storytelling is that I’m fascinated by its comprehensive, multi-layered individualism: There are a few ‘rules’, models, and empirical values, but each organization and person has a very unique story of strengths, experiences, sensibilities and talents that can lead him or her to success. My aim is to support you in finding and expressing that story.
